TopDatingReviews exists because the online dating industry is full of paid placements, fake reviews, and misleading comparisons. We believe you deserve honest, independently-verified information before spending money on a dating platform.
We test every platform ourselves — registering accounts, testing features, and evaluating profile quality over at least 30 days. Our scores reflect real experience, not affiliate relationships.
How We Score Dating Sites
Each platform receives a score out of 10, calculated across six criteria:
- Profile quality (25%): Authenticity, photo quality, profile completeness
- Features (20%): Communication tools, search filters, special features
- Safety (20%): Verification, anti-scam measures, reporting tools
- Value for money (15%): Cost vs. features compared to competitors
- User experience (10%): Interface quality, mobile performance
- Results (10%): Verified user satisfaction data and our own experience
Our Editorial Independence
